Notes: 2/22/2016 This bill passed the house on party line vote of 61-32 on January 25. The measure passed out of the Senate Commerce and Technology Committee on February 11 by 6-4 vote and on February 23 3rd reading passed the enate 38 to 12 vote, the bill was now returned to the House. 1/19/2016 Prohibits local governments from regulating the manufacture, distribution, sale or use of paper or plastic bags, or other “auxiliary containers”. Currently passed the House Committee on Government and Regulatory Reform
